产后护理和修复集团圣贝拉(2508.HK)将于今天公布发售结果。据市场消息透露，圣贝拉国际配售获15倍以上超额认购，众多中外资长线基金、医疗基金、中资公募基金、对冲基金均踊跃参与认购。香港公开发售认购倍数超过180倍。 该集团计划全球发售9542万股，设超额配股权15%其中10%在港公开招股，其余作国际发售，每股招股价6.58元，每手500股，入场费约3323.18元。公司预计6月26日挂牌上市，联席保荐人为瑞银及中信证券。
