6月30日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对龙岩经济发展集团有限公司及“22龙岩经发债01/22龙经01”和“23龙岩经发债/23龙经债”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持龙岩经济发展集团有限公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“22龙岩经发债01/22龙经01”和“23龙岩经发债/23龙经债”信用等级为AA。
资料显示，龙岩经济发展集团有限公司是龙岩市重要的基础设施建设主体，主要负责龙岩高新区（经开区）范围内的基础设施建设、土地开发整理和房屋销售等业务。
东方金诚认为，跟踪期内，龙岩市经济保持较快增长，经济实力仍很强；公司业务仍具有较强的区域专营性，预计未来仍能得到实际控制人及相关各方的支持。同时，东方金诚也关注到，公司仍面临一定的资本支出压力，资产流动性仍较弱，全部债务规模小幅增长，整体现金流状况欠佳。综合考虑，东方金诚维持公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定；维持“22龙岩经发债01/22龙经01”和“23龙岩经发债/23龙经债”的信用等级为AA。
