智通财经APP讯，大山教育(09986)发布公告，于2025年6月27日(交易时段后)，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司拟提呈以供认购，而配售代理已同意(作为公司代理)按竭诚尽力基准促使不少于六名承配人于配售期内按每股配售股份1.23港元的价格认购最多4000万股配售股份。配售价较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股1.53港元折让约19.61%。
配售事项的所得款项净额最高将为4865万港元。
