Mineral Resources Limited has successfully completed the sale of its Yilgarn Hub, marking a significant transition in the company's operations. Under the terms of the agreement, YII has acquired all tenements, land interests, and associated assets including Koolyanobbing, Windarling, Carina, and Parker Range. The new owner has also assumed all environmental, closure, and rehabilitation responsibilities. This strategic move ensures the continuation of mining operations, preserving jobs and supporting the regional economy. MinRes has expressed pride in its 14-year contribution to the region, during which it exported approximately 45 million tonnes of iron ore and invested heavily in local infrastructure and operations.
