6月30日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对洛阳商都城市投资控股集团有限公司及“23洛阳商都债01/23商都01”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持洛阳商都城市投资控股集团有限公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“23洛阳商都债01/23商都01”信用等级为AAA。
资料显示，洛阳商都城市投资控股集团有限公司是洛阳市偃师区重要的基础设施建设及公用事业运营主体，主要从事偃师区内的基础设施及保障房建设，同时还从事粮食加工及销售和城市水务等业务。洛阳国裕投资发展集团有限公司为公司控股股东，洛阳市偃师区财政局为公司实际控制人。
东方金诚认为，跟踪期内，洛阳市及其下辖的偃师区经济实力依然很强；公司主营业务仍具有很强的区域专营性，继续得到股东及相关各方的有力支持；中豫担保为“23洛阳商都债01/23商都01”提供的增信作用很强。同时，东方金诚关注到，公司资产流动性仍偏弱，面临一定的短期偿债压力，面临较大的代偿风险，且反担保物回收情况存在一定不确定性，整体现金流状况欠佳，逾期票据的回收存在一定不确定性。综上所述，公司的主体信用风险很低，偿债能力很强，“23洛阳商都债01/23商都01”到期不能偿还的风险极低。
