6月30日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对抚州文化旅游集团有限公司及“23抚州文旅MTN001”、“24抚州文旅MTN001”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持抚州文化旅游集团有限公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“23抚州文旅MTN001”、“24抚州文旅MTN001”信用等级均为AA+。
资料显示，公司是抚州市重要的文化旅游类基础设施建设主体，主要从事抚州市范围内的文化旅游类基础设施建设，此外还从事供应链贸易、房屋销售、保安押运、房屋租赁、旅游餐饮、物业管理和工程施工等其他业务。
东方金诚认为，跟踪期内，抚州市经济实力很强；公司主营业务仍具有很强的区域专营性，继续获得实际控制人及相关各方的有力支持；抚州市市属国有资产投资控股集团有限公司对“23抚州文旅MTN001”、“24抚州文旅MTN001”提供的担保仍具有较强的增信作用。同时，东方金诚关注到，公司面临较大的资本支出压力，资产流动性较弱，面临较大的短期偿债压力，整体现金流状况欠佳。综合考虑，公司主体信用风险很低，偿债能力很强，“23抚州文旅MTN001”、“24抚州文旅MTN001”到期不能偿还的风险依然很低。
