Fujikon Industrial Swings to Loss in Fiscal 2025; Shares Surge 15%

Fujikon Industrial (HKG:0927) swung to an attributable loss of HK$36.1 million in the fiscal year ended March 31 from a profit of HK$17.2 million in fiscal 2024, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Shares in the headset manufacturer surged 15% during afternoon trading Monday.

Fujikon swung to a loss per share of HK$0.085 from earnings per share of HK$0.04 in the previous fiscal year.

Revenue slid 6.7% to HK$925.6 million from HK$992.5 million in fiscal 2024.

The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.05 per share, payable Sept. 12 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 28.
