由万丽 (香港) 有限公司持有、由佳兆业(01638.HK) 代建代管代售的西营盘站住宅项目，正式命名为“东边街9号”。
佳兆业资本助理总裁李剑豪表示，项目已上载售楼说明书，或于短期内公布首张价单，开价后随即开放示范单位予公众参观，目标七月初开售。
“东边街九号”共提供76伙，涵盖开放式至两房间隔，实用面积由227至508平方呎 ，其中一房单位占约80%。价格将参考邻近港铁站楼盘。
楼市方面，李剑豪指，市场已大致消化中美关税的不确定因素，而本港住宅是刚性需求，加上政府的措施吸引人才及资金，料楼价于年底止跌回稳，并慢慢复苏。(sl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
