6月30日，正荣地产在港交所公告，董事会决议就集团的境外及境内债务制定新重组计划。重组计划目前处于初步阶段，可能涉及以下一项或多项内容：将债务（全部或部分）转换为公司新股份，余额（如有）由债权人注销；延长偿还债务（全部或部分）的到期日；债权人注销债务（全部或部分），及/或使用集团的特定资产清偿债务（全部或部分）。重组计划仍有待与债权人达成协议，并可能需要获得有关当局、法院及公司股东的批准。
