Ronshine China Holdings Ltd. has announced changes in its Nomination Committee, effective 30 June 2025. Mr. Ruan Weifeng has been appointed as the chairman, replacing Mr. Ou Zonghong. Ms. Zeng Feiyan has joined the committee as a member. The committee now comprises two independent non-executive directors and one executive director.
