Fortive Corporation announced the completion of its separation from the Precision Technologies segment, resulting in the spin-off of Ralliant Corporation. Olumide Soroye has been appointed as the new President, CEO, and Director of Fortive, following the retirement of James Lico from these roles. Fortive's shares will continue trading under the symbol "FTV," while Ralliant will now trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "RAL."
