6月27日，太古地产（01972）发布公告，宣布其全资附属公司与Simon Property达成交易，出售Brickell City Centre的权益，包括零售权益、停车场资产及设施权益。此次交易的总价最高为5.49亿美元（约合42.8亿港元），其中包含最高3610万美元（约合2.82亿港元）的或有代价。交易交割将在文件签署后立即生效。
此次出售的权益中，零售权益为BCC零售控股的75%成分，停车场资产涉及停车场部分的所有权和运营相关的资产，设施权益则为BCC设施的100%成员权益。
根据独立估值，目标物业的总价值为7.26亿美元（约合56.66亿港元）。此次交易预计将使太古地产录得除税前收益约1.12亿美元（约合8.71亿港元），或根据法定基准计算的除税前亏损约1580万美元（约合1.23亿港元）。交易所得将用于太古地产美国的融资义务及一般运营资金。
