Odaily星球日报讯 据财新网披露其获得的路演材料显示，广发证券（香港）港币、离岸人民币代币化证券底层资产则均为一年期固定利率票据，港币代币化票据的年化利率为 3.01%，认购起点为 80 万港币；离岸人民币代币化票据的年化利率为 1.90%，认购起点为 70 万人民币。 据悉，GF Token 产品的发行人为广发全球资本有限公司，是广发控股（香港）有限公司的全资子公司，后者又是广发证券的全资子公司，担保人为广发控股（香港）有限公司，由广发证券（香港）经纪有限公司提供托管，该公司持有香港证监会颁发的 1 号牌照。
