BitMine 计划将筹集资金主要用于增持以太坊（ETH），拟将其作为核心储备资产，同时继续维持比特币挖矿主营业务。
Fundstrat 创始人兼 Fundstrat Capital 首席投资官 Thomas Lee 已立即生效出任公司董事会主席。本次私募发行依据《证券法》第 4(a)(2) 条和/或 D 条例进行，ThinkEquity, LLC 担任配售代理。
