智通财经APP讯，常茂生物(00954)发布公告，于2025年6月30日，公司的全资附属公司常茂大连和出租人(常州信辉融资租赁有限公司)签署了售后回租合同。据此，常茂大连同意以总对价约人民币5000万元向出租人转让租赁资产，而常茂大连同意以总租金约人民币5753.1万元租回租赁资产，为期48个月。于租期届满后，在并无持续发生违约事件的前提下，且待收到售后回租合同项下所有租赁付款及其他应收款项后，常茂大连无须支付对价，出租人将按“现状”基准将租赁资产的所有权转回予常茂大连。
租赁资产为常茂大连的顺酐生产线机器设备。
