智通财经APP讯，中国金融国际(00721)公布，鲁林先生及刘小红先生各自获委任为独立非执行董事，以及雷志卫先生已辞任独立非执行董事，自 2025年 6月 30日起生效。
同日起，刘晓东先生已调任为非执行董事，并已获委任为主席;杜林东先生不再为主席，惟将留任执行董事。
此外，雷志卫先生不再为薪酬委员会主席、提名委员会主席、审核委员会成员及风险管理委员会成员;刘晓东先生不再为审核委员会及薪酬委员会成员;鲁林先生获委任为薪酬委员会主席及审核委员会成员;及刘小红先生获委任为提名委员会主席、审核委员会成员、薪酬委员会成员及风险管理委员会成员。
