消息面上，6月10日晚，腾讯音乐公告，宣布公司与喜马拉雅签署并购协议，计划全资收购喜马拉雅，本次交易对价合计约为209亿元。此前5月底，腾讯音乐以场外大宗交易方式，收购韩国HYBE公司所持全部股份，接手SM娱乐，成为其第二大股东。野村指出，腾讯音乐与喜马拉雅达成合并协议，符合腾讯音乐强化内容生态系统的投资策略，并可能强化其在长音频领域的内容供应能力。将其2026财年的收入及每股盈利预测，分别上调20%及4%，维持“买入”评级，并将美股目标价从17.2美元上调至21.5美元。
