智通财经APP讯，汉思集团控股(00554)公布，于2025年6月，该集团就公司子公司东莞市东洲国际石化仓储有限公司(东洲国际)拥有的码头油气泊位(东洲石化库)改造工程已经获得东莞市发展和改革局的批准。
是次码头改造工程，属于东洲石化库二建设项目的一部分。改造工程内容是将东洲石化库目前装卸油品及液体化工品的5万吨级油气泊位，改造成5万吨级液化烃专用泊位。该码头年吞吐液化烃的设计能力达到202万吨。由于液化烃码头在大湾区属稀缺资源，市场需求强劲，并该类产品码头装卸收费远高于油品和液体化工品，因此，改造工程完工投产后，将给东洲国际带来收入增长。同，东洲国际仍拥有一个8万吨级的油气泊位，完全可以满足目前油品和液体化工品的装卸需求，不会影响东洲国际的既有业务。
在码头改造项目获批的同，东洲国际与一位客户签订液化烃的长码头装卸服务合同，该合同收入不仅足以用于支付码头改造费，亦可为东洲国际带来额外收益。
董事会认为，是次改造工程获得批准，标志着集团将捕捉液化烃化工快速发展的新商机，使东洲国际的业务更加多元化，强化集团的市场竞争力。
