大快活集团(0052.HK)公布，截至3月底止全年业绩，股东应占溢利3554万港元，同比下跌29.84%。每股基本盈利27.43港仙。集团拟派末期股息每股17仙，同比减少43.33%；连同中期派5仙，全年合共派22仙，减少46.34%，派息比率约80.2%。 集团称，若扣除已收政府补助后，年度股东应占溢利为3510万港元，同比跌28.8%，主要由于销售额下跌，但被针对性的成本控制举措部分抵消。 期内，收入31亿港元，同比减少1.18%，受北上消费趋势、经济疲弱及价格竞争加剧等因素影响。 截至3月底止，集团共有176间店铺，其中157间位于香港，19间位于中国内地。
