智通财经APP获悉，腾讯音乐-SW(01698)午后涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.61%，报76.05港元，成交额6478.87万港元。
消息面上，6月10日晚，腾讯音乐公告，宣布公司与喜马拉雅签署并购协议，计划全资收购喜马拉雅，本次交易对价合计约为209亿元。此前5月底，腾讯音乐以场外大宗交易方式，收购韩国HYBE公司所持全部股份，接手SM娱乐，成为其第二大股东。
高盛表示，在近期交易公告发布之后，看到腾讯音乐致力于在音乐流媒体之外增进内容和服务，这些举措与公司在音乐全产业链中扩张布局的长期战略保持一致。对长音频内容和音乐价值链的投资符合公司在长期内建立平台差异化优势的战略。鉴于腾讯音乐强劲的自由现金流和稳健的资产负债状况，股东回报政策风险较小。
