China HK Power Smart Energy Group Ltd. has announced its annual results for the year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a significant increase in revenue, which reached HK$713.4 million, up from HK$454.5 million in the previous year. The gross profit also saw a substantial rise, totaling HK$116.6 million compared to HK$63.6 million in the previous year. However, the company reported net losses, with other income and gains/losses netting at a loss of HK$16.9 million, and impairment under expected credit losses model resulting in a loss of HK$10.3 million. The Group's segment revenue was diversified across its business units, with the new energy business generating HK$131.6 million, the NG business contributing HK$580 million, and financial services accounting for HK$1.9 million. The new energy business, which commenced in the second half of the previous year, showed growth, turning a past gross loss into a gross profit, and its contribution continues to increase. The Group is actively pursuing new projects to drive further revenue and profit growth in the next fiscal year. Additionally, the Group is in negotiations with banks in Mainland China to secure a new credit line to support its operations.
