金吾财讯 | 中泰国际发布极智嘉(02590)新股报告指，公司亮点包括：1）公司是处于领先地位的AMR（Autonomous Mobile Robot，自主移动机器人）解决方案供应商。2）公司的运营、合作伙伴关系遍布40多个国家和地区，在全球范围内有超过48个服务站点和服务合作伙伴站点、13个备件中心已经超过305名工程师。3）公司开发了一套基于三个专有技术平台的全栈技术架构，包括机器人硬件平台（Robot Matrix）、软件系统平台、Hyper+核心算法平台。该机构指，极智嘉科技在上市前已经引入华平投资、CPE、蚂蚁科技、云晖等机构投资者。此次发行，并引入雄安机器人、Arc Avenue、保诚旗下Eastspring Investment、纵腾网络等作为基石投资者。基石投资者共认购约9,130万美元，约占发行后H股股份约4.3%。年初至今港IPO市场投资氛围良好，有利于新股上市。考虑到公司商业化能力较强，经调整EBITDA接近盈利点，该机构给予极智嘉科技71分，评级为“申购”。
