智通财经APP讯，进腾集团(02011)发布公告，内容有关收购嘉进隆汽车城的相关事宜，诚如通函“进行股份认购事项之理由及裨益”一段所披露，使用该土地的权利于2025年6月29日到期，而目标公司(在深圳尔瑞的管理下)现正协助承租人申请重续使用该土地之权利及正在等待重续结果。于本公告日期，重续使用该土地的权利之申请程序仍在进行中。
公司正积极与包括承租人在内的有关各方合作，以取得批准重续使用该土地的权利，迄今为止，在取得批准方面并无遇到或预期会遇到任何重大障碍。在完成重续使用该土地之权利之程序前，已同意集团可继续管理及经营该土地上的嘉进隆汽车城，直至收到重续结果为止。基于上文所述，董事会认为，上述安排将不会对嘉进隆汽车城的营运造成任何重大干扰，且预期不会对集团之业务、经营或财务状况造成重大不利影响。董事会将密切监察上述事项的发展，并于适当时候另行刊发公告。
