智通财经APP讯，正通汽车(01728)及要约人信达汽车(香港)有限公司联合公布，要约于2025年6月30日(星期一)下午四时正截止，且要约人并无修订或延期。要约人已收到要约项下合共约15.73亿股股份的有效接纳，占公司于本联合公告日期已发行股本总额约15.71%。
紧随要约截止后，经计及有关约15.73亿股接纳股份的有效接纳(惟须待股份过户登记处妥为登记已接获有效接纳要约股份的转让)，要约人及其一致行动人士于约90.85亿股股份中拥有权益(占公司于本联合公告日期已发行股本总额约 90.71%)。 公众持股量为约9.29%。因此，公司并未符合上市规则第 8.08(1)(a)条项下所载的25%的最低公众持股量规定。
公司已向联交所申请暂时豁免严格遵守上市规则第8.08(1)(a)条。要约人唯一董事及董事将采取适当措施，确保于要约截止后尽快使股份中存在足够公众持股量。
