Cinese International Group Enters Tie-Up to Expand Health, Wellness Tourism Business; Shares Gain 6%

Cinese International Group (HKG:1620) signed a memorandum of understanding with China International Travel Service (Guangdong) to expand its business in health and wellness tourism, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Friday.
Shares rose more than 6% in Monday afternoon trading.
The proposed expansion may include elderly wellness tours, leisure and wellness retreats, healthcare travel, and medical tourism in China.
Both parties intend to finalize a formal agreement on or before Aug. 31.
