消息面上，凯盛新能发布公告，于2025年6月27日，董事会审议通过同意公司非全资附属公司自贡新能源投资建设2000t/d光伏组件超薄封装材料项目，用于集团日常业务。该项目建设内容包括建设一条2000t/d超白光伏压延玻璃生产线、八条光伏组件超薄封装材料生产线及其他配套设施，总投资额约人民币13.99亿元。
于2025年6月27日，董事会亦审议通过公司与自贡金马按照各自于公司非全资附属公司自贡新能源的股权比例透过注入现金方式向自贡新能源注资一共人民币5亿元，即公司及自贡金马分别透过注入现金方式向自贡新能源注资人民币3亿元及人民币2亿元，用于投资该项目的建设。该增资完成后，自贡新能源的注册资本将由人民币5亿元增至人民币10亿元，而公司与自贡金马于自贡新能源的股权比例将维持不变，即分别维持在60%及40%。
