Unisound AI Technology Raises HK$206 Million in Net Proceeds from Hong Kong IPO Ahead of Trading Debut

Unisound AI Technology (HKG:9678) raised HK$206.4 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong after pricing the deal at HK$205.00 per share, according to a Friday after-market hours filing.

The Hong Kong public offering was 91.66 times subscribed, triggering a clawback of 468,300 shares from the international offering, which reduced the final number of shares offered under this component to 624,400 shares from the initial 156,100 shares.

The shares offered under the international offer, which was 1.70 times subscribed, were reduced to 936,580 shares from 1,404,880 shares initially due to the reallocation.

Unisound AI Technology exercised the overallocation option and issued 234,140 shares.

The Chinese AI services provider will make its trading debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Monday, June 30.
