中国重汽：刘正涛获任命为董事长
中国重汽（03808）发布公告，董事会宣布自2025年6月27日起进行一系列高层人事变动。王志坚因工作安排辞任董事长、执行董事及相关委员会主席职务，刘正涛被任命为新董事长及执行委员会主席，同时辞去总裁职务。刘伟被任命为执行董事及总裁，韩峰则被任命为执行董事及执行委员会成员。王德春辞任执行总裁后继续担任执行董事。
此外，董事会还宣布设立环境、社会及管治委员会（ESG委员会），刘伟担任主席，韩峰和王登峰博士为委员。董事会的审计、薪酬和提名委员会成员也进行了调整，分别由刘霄仑、程广旭、王登峰、吕守升、梁青、张忠等人组成。此次人事调整旨在提升公司治理结构与管理效率。
