6月30日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对清镇市建设投资（集团）股份有限公司及“19清镇城投债/PR清镇债”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持清镇市建设投资（集团）股份有限公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“19清镇城投债/PR清镇债”信用等级为AA+。
资料显示，清镇市建设投资（集团）股份有限公司是贵阳市清镇市重要的基础设施及保障房建设主体，主要从事清镇市范围内的基础设施及保障房建设，同时还经营房地产开发与销售、建材销售等业务。清镇市财政局为公司控股股东，清镇市人民政府为公司实际控制人。
东方金诚认为，跟踪期内，贵阳市经济综合实力很强，其下辖的清镇市经济实力较强；公司业务仍具有较强的区域专营性，得到股东及相关各方的支持，贵阳市投资控股集团有限公司为“19清镇城投债/PR清镇债”提供的无条件不可撤销的连带责任保证担保仍具有较强的增信作用。同时，东方金诚也关注到，公司面临一定的资本支出压力，资产流动性依然较弱，整体现金流状况欠佳；公司曾存在票据逾期记录，同时子公司存在多笔失信被执行及限制消费措施记录等，再融资或承压。
