智通财经APP获悉，美图公司(01357)再涨超4%，年内累计涨幅已超2倍。截至发稿，涨4.08%，报8.92港元，成交额3.95亿港元。
消息面上，美图于5月20日宣布与阿里巴巴网络中国达成战略合作，双方将在电商、AI技术、云端算力等领域展开深度合作。同时，美图拟向阿里发行本金总额2.5亿美元、年利率1%的三年期可转债，若全部转股后阿里最多可持有美图约6.85%股权，成为美图第三大股东。中金表示，此次合作将进一步提升美图在生产力工具市场的稀缺性及其生产力收入的确定性。
甬兴证券指出，截至2024年12月，公司来自中国内地以外市场的MAU同比增长21.7%，达到9451万，占总MAU为35.6%。公司的全球化战略有效执行，推动了整体MAU的增长。根据非凡资本的统计，2025年3月，美图公司的BeautyPlus、Airbrush分列中国出海AI应用月活榜的第4、17名；当年同月，公司的美图秀秀、Airbrush、BeautyPlus、美颜相机分列全球AI应用内购收入前4、12、13、20名。
