智通财经APP讯，泰和小贷(01915)发布公告，于2025年6月27日，公司收到联交所函件，当中载有恢复股份买卖的以下复牌指引：
(a) 对(i)集团就(其中包括)公司控股股东江苏柏泰集团有限公司及其联属公司的借款提供的若干未获授权担保;(ii)若干应收贷款及账款的可收回性;(iii)若干应收贷款及账款减值亏损确认;及(iv)对集团持续经营能力的评估(统称为“审计事项”)进行独立调查，包括但不限于对未经授权担保进行独立的司法调查，以及评估对公司业务运营及财务状况的影响、公布调查结果及采取适当的补救措施;
(b) 证明集团管理层及╱或对公司的管理及运营拥有重大影响的任何人士的诚信、能力及╱或人品方面并无合理的监管疑虑而可能对投资者构成风险及损害市场信心;
(c) 进行独立内部控制审核，证明公司已采取足够的内部控制及程序达成其于上市规则项下的责任;
(d) 刊发上市规则规定的所有尚未刊发的财务业绩及解决任何审核修改;
(e) 证明公司符合上市规则第13.24条规定;
(f) 重新遵守上市规则第3.10(2)条及3.21条规定;
(g) 令市场知悉所有重大资料，以供股东及公司其他投资者评估公司状况。
