智通财经APP讯，天保能源(01671)发布公告，于2025年6月30日，公司与天津港保税区城市环境管理局签署智慧路灯合同能源管理项目(第二期)服务合同“( 智慧路灯能源管理服务合同)”。据此，公司向天津港保税区城市环境管理局就现有LED路灯(包括接入其信号灯、监控设施、部分景观灯等)按照合同能源管理模式提供养管维护及电费缴纳服务，及就合同服务期间(即2025年7月1日至2028年6月30日)新建而待接收的高压钠灯提供智能化节能改造服务。合同总值约人民币7931万元。
智慧路灯能源管理服务合同乃公司与天津港保税区城市环境管理局经公开招标后厘定。董事会认为，智慧路灯能源管理服务合同属正常商业条款，公平合理。
公司认为，智慧路灯能源管理服务合同的签订进一步显示公司在公共照明节能领域上积极探索合同能源管理业务。推进实施的保税区智慧路灯合同能源管理第二期项目不仅大幅提升照明效果，有助落实政府“碳达峰、碳中和”的节能减排战略，而且成功为公司拓展业务布局，开辟新的业务方向。
