Effective June 30, 2025, Moore HK has been appointed as the new auditor, replacing Ernst & Young (EY). The decision, made in accordance with Rule 13.51(4) of the Hong Kong listing rules, aims to optimize cost control and is deemed beneficial for the company and its shareholders. The Audit Committee has expressed confidence in Moore HK's independence and competence. The Board and the Audit Committee have confirmed no disagreements or unresolved issues with EY related to this transition.
