Kingwell Group Ltd. has announced changes to its board of directors. Mr. Ling Aiwen will resign as an Independent Non-executive Director, effective July 1, 2025. He will also step down from his roles on various committees. Mr. Wang Haipeng will be appointed to fill the vacancy as an Independent Non-executive Director starting on the same date.
