新世界发展(0017.HK)宣布达成新银行融资及经统一银行融资协议。协议合共涵盖集团约882亿港元现有境外无抵押金融债务。 新世界发展执行董事兼行政总裁黄少媚女士表示：“我们衷心感谢银行界对新世界发展的持续支持，这反映银行对新世界发展业务营运的信心。” 她指出，新世界发展目前的财务管理策略专注于减低负债及改善现金流。集团将继续贯彻执行财务管理措施，并履行现有财务责任。
