6月27日，国家市场监督管理总局发布召回公告，浙江豪情汽车制造有限公司、大庆沃尔沃汽车制造有限公司和沃尔沃汽车销售（上海）有限公司根据相关法律法规向国家市场监督管理总局备案召回计划，决定召回以下车辆：
生产日期2024年4月8日至2025年6月11日的部分国产插电式混合动力XC60汽车，共计3378辆；生产日期2022年7月25日的部分国产纯电动C40汽车，共计1辆；生产日期2023年8月9日的部分国产纯电动XC40汽车，共计1辆；
生产日期2024年5月6日至2025年6月11日的部分国产插电式混合动力S90汽车，共计1520辆；生产日期2021年8月4日至2022年10月24日的部分国产插电式混合动力S60汽车，共计4辆；
生产日期2024年4月25日至2025年6月11日的部分进口插电式混合动力XC90汽车，共计764辆；
生产日期2021年11月1日至2022年11月6日的部分国产极星2纯电动汽车，共计2辆。
公开显示，以上召回车辆由于制动控制模块的软件偏差，当插电式混合动力汽车在“B”挡驱动模式或纯电动汽车在“单踏板模式”下，在不踩制动踏板且持续下坡滑行超过1分30秒的情况下，车辆可能失去制动功能，存在安全隐患。换句话说，这些召回范围内的车辆在特定情况下可能会出现刹车失灵的情况，非常危险。数据显示，沃尔沃5月全球销量为59822辆，较去年同期下降12%。
