智通财经APP讯，巨星传奇(06683)发布公告，于2025年6月27日，巨星文创娱乐(公司全资附属公司)与普通合伙人星光天佑有限公司订立有限合伙协议，据此，公司根据认购协议作为有限合伙人以资本承担额800万美元认购产业基金星光新经济产业2号有限合伙基金中权益的申请已获产业基金接纳。集团的出资额将以其内部资源拨付。
公告称，进行认购事项的主要目的为丰富公司的投资组合，旨在提高其盈利能力。
