智通财经APP讯，协合新能源(00182)发布公告，于2025年6月30日(交易时段后)：
1. 公司的全资附属公司浩泰公司、公司的全资附属公司道县公司及华润租赁协定如下融资租赁安排A：
(a) 浩泰公司、道县公司及华润租赁订立采购协议A，据此，华润租赁将向浩泰公司购买设备A以便出租予道县公司，购买价A为人民币1.73亿元;及
(b) 道县公司与华润租赁订立融资租赁协议A，据此，道县公司将于租赁期内向华润租赁承租设备A，且道县公司须按季向华润租赁支付租赁款作为代价;
2. 吉林公司、道县公司及华润租赁协定如下融资租赁安排B：
(a) 吉林公司、道县公司及华润租赁订立采购协议B，据此，华润租赁将向吉林公司购买设备及设施B以便出租予道县公司，购买价B为人民币8500万元;及
(b) 道县公司与华润租赁订立融资租赁协议B，据此，道县公司将于租赁期内向华润租赁承租设备及设施B，且道县公司须按季向华润租赁支付租赁款作为代价;
3. 道县公司与华润租赁订立融资租赁协议C，据此，华润租赁向道县公司购买配套设施C，购买价为人民币2.42亿元，并于租赁期内将配套设施C租回予道县公司，且道县公司须按季支付租赁款。
据悉，设备A、B以及C均为若干风力发电设备。
