智通财经APP讯，中国石油化工股份(00386)公布，董事会于2025 年6月30日收到马永生先生的辞职报告，马永生先生因年龄原因辞去中国石化董事长、非执行董事及董事会战略委员会主任委员、可持续发展委员会主任委员、提名委员会委员职务。
根据《中华人民共和国公司法》及《中国石油化工股份有限公司章程》的规定，公司副董事长赵东先生代为履行董事长职务，代行职务期限自本公告之日起至公司选举产生新任董事长之日止。
