Moody Technology Holdings Ltd. has announced changes to its Nomination Committee, effective June 30, 2025. Executive Director Ms. Lin Yuxi and independent non-executive Director Mr. Guo Xianwang have been appointed as new members. The Nomination Committee now includes Mr. Li Wanyuan (chairman), Mr. Chow Yun Cheung, Mr. Li Gang, Ms. Lin Yuxi, and Mr. Guo Xianwang.
