智通财经APP讯，INTL GENIUS(00033)公布，何晓斌博士已辞去公司执行董事的职务，亦不再担任公司的风险管理委员会主席、提名委员会成员及根据联交所证券上市规则第3.05条规定的授权代表，自2025年6月30日起生效，以投放更多时间于其他专业工作。何晓斌博士将继续担任集团的首席经济学家。
劳恒晃先生因希望专注于个人事务，已辞任公司独立非执行董事，亦不再担任公司的审核委员会成员，自2025年6月30日起生效。
此外，公司执行董事潘永祥先生已获委任为风险管理委员会主席及授权代表， 公司独立非执行董事方敏女士已获委任为审核委员会成员。
