快科技6月29日消息，距离正式发布应该还会有一段时间，但@kopite7kimi最新曝光了RTX 5070 SUPER的规格信息。

从曝光的规格来看，RTX 5070 SUPER将搭载GB205-400-A1"Blackwell"GPU，采用PG147-SKU65 PCB，核心数量从RTX 5070的6144个提升至6400个，增加了4.1%。

显存方面，RTX 5070 SUPER迎来了明显的升级，显存容量从12GB增加到18GB，增幅达到了 50%，这一升级应该是来自于最新的3GB（24Gb）显存模块。

虽然核心数和显存容量提升，但RTX 5070 Super依旧维持28Gbps GDDR7显存，搭配192-bit的位宽。

功耗方面，RTX 5070 SUPER的TBP为275W，相比RTX 5070的250W提高了10%。

这主要是由于核心数量的增加以及显存容量的提升，需要更多的电力来支持其运行，考虑到其性能的提升，这一功耗增长在合理范围内。

总体来看，RTX 5070 SUPER相比RTX 5070：

核心增加4.1%（6400 vs 6144）

显存增加50%（18 GB vs 12GB）

相同的显存带宽和位宽（192位）

相同显存速度（28Gbps）

功耗提高10%（275W vs 250W）

这款显卡预计将在明年的CES 2026上公布，不过需要注意的是，目前仍在传言阶段，相关信息仍会存在变数。
