BlockBeats 消息，6 月 30 日，据 The Block 报道，哈萨克斯坦央行行长 Timur Suleimenov 表示，该国计划建立国家加密货币储备，资金将来自案件查获的数字资产及国有矿场开采的代币。该储备将由央行附属机构管理，采用主权财富基金运作模式，包括单一管理人架构和透明审计机制。
据悉，哈萨克斯坦目前占据全球 13% 的比特币算力份额，2022 年电力短缺后已实施矿工许可制度，并查获价值近 2 亿美元的非法矿机。此举使其成为继美国多州和企业之后，又一布局加密资产储备的国家实体。具体实施框架仍在制定中，暂未公布储备规模及启动时间。
