【BitMine宣布私募2.5亿美元以实施以太坊财务战略】金色财经报道，BitMine宣布定价并签署私募配售协议，以每股4.50美元的价格购买和出售55,555,556股普通股（或代替的普通股等价物），预计总收益约为2.5亿美元，扣除配售代理费和其他发行费用（以现金和加密货币的组合资助），以实施以太坊财务战略。此次交易由MOZAYYX领投，Founders Fund、Pantera、FalconX、Republic Digital、Kraken、Galaxy Digital、DCG、Diametric Capital、Occam Crest Management和ThomasLee等投资者参与其中。 此次发行预计将于2025年7月3日左右完成，但须满足惯常成交条件，包括但不限于纽约证券交易所美国分部批准补充上市申请。公司计划将此次发行的净收益用于收购以太坊，并将ETH投入公司的财务运营。ETH将作为公司的主要财务储备资产。
