BlockBeats 消息，7 月 1 日，香港特区政府 6 月 30 日宣布委任及再度委任 20 位第三代互联网发展专责小组（专责小组）的非官方成员，任期自 2025 年 7 月 1 日起生效，为期两年。发言人表示：“专责小组自 2023 年成立以来，就香港在第三代互联网方面的发展潜力和方向提供了兼具创新与务实的宝贵意见。获委任及再度委任的非官方成员均为相关业界翘楚和专业人士。随着政府最近发布《香港数字资产发展政策宣言 2.0》，他们的专业知识和经验将有助于推动香港的数字资产生态圈持续蓬勃发展，并将香港打造成为全球领先的数字资产枢纽。”
专责小组自 2025 年 7 月 1 日起的非官方成员包括蔡文胜、陈德霖、邱达根、诸承誉、孔剑平、郭彦麟、林惠贞、林俊杰、林晨、吕志宏、马智涛、吴杰庄、潘释正教授、Alessio Quaglini、葛珮帆、萧逸、陈文理、王佳超、肖风博士。
