Odaily星球日报讯 香港特区政府宣布委任及再度委任二十位第三代互联网发展专责小组（专责小组）的非官方成员，为期两年，主席为财政司司长，非官方成员包括：区伟志教授、蔡文胜（新委任成员）、陈德霖、邱达根、诸承誉、孔剑平博士、郭彦麟（新委任成员）、林惠贞、林俊杰（新委任成员）、林晨教授、吕志宏、马智涛（新委任成员）、吴杰庄博士、潘释正教授、Alessio Quaglini（新委任成员）、葛珮帆、萧逸、陈文理、王佳超、肖风博士。
