近日，广州越秀新能源投资有限公司（下称“越秀新能源”）获评中诚信主体信用评级最高级“AAA”，评级展望为“稳定”。越秀新能源成立3年首评即获最高信用评级，标志着公司在资本实力、经营能力、风险管控及绿色发展等方面获得市场高度认可，为后续进一步拓宽融资渠道、降低融资成本奠定了坚实基础。

越秀新能源自成立以来，户用分布式光伏装机规模及上网电量快速跃升，展现出优秀的运营管理实力和持续增长潜力。截至2025年3月末，越秀新能源总资产规模已突破400亿元，累计装机规模超过11GW，累计服务农户约40万户，装机区域遍布全国24个省、直辖市及自治区。2025年3月公司在深交所发行“中金公司-越秀新能源能源基础设施碳中和绿色资产支持专项计划（乡村振兴）”，成为深交所首笔户用分布式光伏类REITs，实现了地方国企发行户用分布式光伏类REITs的突破。

未来，越秀新能源将以“AAA”评级作为新起点，践行可持续发展理念，强化资本运作能力，创新融资模式、降低融资成本，为实现碳达峰、碳中和目标以及推动经济社会绿色转型做出有力贡献。
