Rocket Lab National Security LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rocket Lab USA, has successfully completed its Critical Design Review $(CDR)$ for the Space Development Agency's Tranche 2 Transport Layer-Beta (T2TL-Beta) program. As the prime contractor, the company is set to deliver a constellation of 18 spacecraft, forming a key component of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. This network aims to provide low-latency communications in low Earth orbit to enhance real-time connectivity for U.S. and allied forces worldwide. Rocket Lab's spacecraft for the T2TL-Beta program is based on its advanced Lightning platform, specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of national security LEO constellations. Through its vertically integrated approach, Rocket Lab maintains strict control over quality, cost, and schedule by manufacturing key components in-house.
