Stellar Resources (ASX:SRZ) said a 24-hole and around 9,500-meter diamond drilling campaign at the Heemskirk tin project in Tasmania, focused on infill and extensions to an earlier mineral resource estimate, is nearing completion, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Its board approved an extension of the program with an additional five holes and wedges for 2,500 meters of diamond drilling beginning immediately.
The mining firm also intersected high-grade tin mineralization at the Queen Hill and Severn deposits.
