法国汽车制造商雷诺周二表示，在改变了对其在日产汽车的投资的会计方式后，该公司将在上半年业绩中计入其所持股份的约95亿欧元（合112亿美元损）亏损。
这一变化发生在两家公司放松关系并调整长达20年的合作伙伴关系之际，雷诺逐渐减少了在这家日本公司的股份，后者正在与销售下滑作斗争并努力筹集现金。
雷诺拥有日产35.7%的股份，其中17.05%直接持有，其余通过信托持有。
该公司表示，未来，所持股份价值的任何变化都将直接计入股权，并根据日产的股价进行评估，而不会对雷诺的净利润和派息产生影响。
雷诺补充说，两家公司之间的运营项目和合作不会发生变化。
雷诺将于7月31日公布上半年业绩，该公司也在寻找新的首席执行官，现任首席执行官卢卡·德梅奥将于7月15日离职，之后将执掌奢侈品公司开云集团。
